Edward Cameron's Profile

Edward Cameron has worked on climate change and governance for fourteen years as a policy advisor, development practitioner, diplomat, academic and author. Recently he has been employed as a Consultant at the World Bank’s Social Development Department where he co-led the design and delivery of a training course on climate change, governance and development. Prior to joining the Bank he served as Senior Advisor to the government of the Maldives, leading the Human Dimensions of Climate Change initiative, which sought to give voice to vulnerable populations by establishing a link between climate impacts and human rights. Edward has authored numerous articles on global warming during the past decade and is currently authoring a book titled Climate Governance 2007-2010: Rhetoric, retreat, or renewal?
