Jonathan Cook (United States)
Jonathan Cook joined the climate team in April 2009 when he assumed management of the GEF-funded “Coastal Resilience to Climate Change” project. This project, which focuses on the development of climate change vulnerability assessments and adaptation strategies for mangrove ecosystems, currently involves work in Cameroon, Fiji, and Tanzania. He spent April 2007-April 2008 working with WWF’s Greater Mekong program, based in Laos, where he managed their work on Agriculture and directed a major multi-country project on land use planning.
